You know how it used to be you'd see that Men at Work sign on the street, and there might be a little red and white striped tent next to it?

Not sure if you get the tents these days.

But anyway, it always gave the impression that there was some kind of beaver-ish activity going on behind the curtain.

But ultimately there never seemed to be anyone doing anything?
